I use a strengths-based coaching approach to help my clients articulate their vision and create their own path to realize their goals. As a trained and experienced coach, my coaching relationship is based on an equal partnership with my client, and not one of expert consultant or mentor.  I partner with them to help them establish a relevant and meaningful goal, leverage their innate talent and strengths, work through perceived challenges, and come up with their own strategies and solutions to realize their potential in reaching their goals.
